13-year-old American boy breaks Tetris for the first time
Tetris was not designed to be beaten. For nearly 40 years, it was widely believed that the game was meant to be played indefinitely until the player lost. However, the constantly evolving competitive Tetris scene pushed the game's code to its limits in pursuit of levels previously thought unattainable. In this video screenshot, 13-year-old Willis Gibson is a player of the Tetris game, and his reaction is quite remarkable. What's impressive is that Gibson became the first player to successfully "beat" the original version of this game, albeit through a unique method.
